Hadhrat-i Khân Almâs-i Lurestânî (1661-1725 A.D.) was born at Nûrâbâd in Lurestân. He is great “owner of eye” (dîda-dâr, inner eye, eye of the heart) of the religion Yarsân or Ahl-î Haqq. His book called Kalâm-i Khân Almâs (blissful Words or divine poems of Khân Almâs) and by it he well known as an important Lurian poets.

As it noted in the cited sentence from himself in the first of the paper, Khân Almâs’s words, on the one hand is easy and so hearty; and on the other, deep and meaningful; so its real words cannot be grasped but for “sâhib yaqinân” (lords of certainty), and its mysteries cannot be known but for “sâhib iqrârân” (lords of profession). He uses of the symbolic terms extremely, for the end of expression his intents: “thousand throats net”, “war of the Lion and the Dragon”, “thousand and one emanations of the one Essence”, “nine hundred pounds maul of Rustam”, “mountainous serpents”, “subtle (or demoniac) wolf” and so on even which their external meanings cannot be understood easily.

Apocalypses, rules of Yârsân (Ahl-i Haqq), Haqqanic hajj, cosmology and so forth are subjects that Khân Almâs attend them.

Candle of the Truth is the light without smoke;
true men affirm it.

Khân Almâs is famous by his apocalyptic kalâms in which spoke from war and chaos in the end of the time.

Subtle (Bâtinî) wolf will spread his detriments,
and destroy some good towns.

Initiates and followers of esoteric societies will be teased.

Dervishes commanded to kill.
God-likes battled.
Everyone say the Truth is true,
they say he is foolish and dangerous.

Desert will be filled of the horsebacks and mountains of the serpents in the end of the cycle. The two symbols of horsebacks and serpents can be found at the various parts of Khân Almâs’s book and it is curious that the serpents are endowed (of God’s bliss) and the horsebacks not.

The serpents are endowed and horsebacks not.
The serpents become our friends as آtash’s decree.

Or he says elsewhere,

We rest upon the serpents and not horsebacks;
venom of serpent is better than spears.
The serpents are surrender in God
and they know path of the Truth,
but horsebacks are impious and heathens.

Then Sâm will come.

Sâm will come in the end of time;
speaking of his justice will go everywhere.

And after Sâm, Mahdî (12^th Shiite Imam) will come when good people become proud and,

They will go forward when they remember God
by saying “Yâ Hû, Yâ Man Hû”,
and they drink divine juice from Benyâmîn’s hands.
